This one is on this commit [https://github.com/douglascrp/manifoldcf/commit/8711eff9f00b44fb16c23ef7c5d50cc3d2bc247f]

Basicaly what I had to do was to upgrade the google drive libraries in order to have the access to the team drive related methods.

> When the Team Drives feature of Google Drive is used, there is no way to have the content read by Google Drive Connector, as already discussed at [https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/a285693ac1e314a994ea24b62e4aa718b1efaf6d22c49244bcccc206@%3Cuser.manifoldcf.apache.org%3E]
> I have this already "fixed" in my github fork at https://github.com/douglascrp/manifoldcf/tree/release-2.10-changed
> I would like to contribute to the project if you guys find this an useful improvement.
