   It is very strange, apisix on `note2` started successfully, but apisix on the other two nodes failed to start, please check the local apisix image of the other two nodes to make sure it is the latest version.
   also, please change `imagePullPolicy: IfNotPresent` to `imagePullPolicy:  Always`.
