I added a graph to that telemetry page that tracks the _total_ distribution of `successful` vs `unsuccessful` commands over time:
`unsuccessful` is pretty stable around 16-20%.
Looking at the build releated commands I mentioned above, they make up ~50% (!) of the total unsuccessful commands.
