The mailing list sub-task has been closed, but there appears to be at least
one more item to take care of.

First, although the JIRA config was updated earlier today, notifications
appear to directed towards dev@lucy.a.o when they should be going to
issues@lucy.a.o.  (See for instance 
<http://markmail.org/message/nf7ybscgwuew4kfb>, which post-dates the
resolution of the sub-task).

Also, I'm not sure when we should start seeing mod_mbox archives at e.g.
<http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/lucy-dev/>, but as of now there's
nothing there.
