behaviour with current trunk:

1. all footnotes are displayed, none is dropped2
2. the long footnote in the given document is split over several pages
3. these pages also display one line of the regular text above the continued
footnote.

I am not sure if it is correct to show one line of regular text above the
continued footnote or if the pages should only contain the footnote text. Also,
I don't know if restrictions about widows/orphans would be handled correctly for
the regular text.

Any opinions? Otherwise this bug can be closed.
