[CANCELLED][VOTE] Release JMeter 2.5.1 RC2

Sorry, but we have found some problems with the way that 2.5.1 RC2
handles the stopping of tests, as well as an error in the HttpClient4
sampler.

We need to fix the bugs and create a new RC.
