   @cjolivier01 The build with CMake and USE_DIST_KVSTORE fails with an error I had shown you earlier. This is apparently because FindProtobuf CMake module behavior changed with version 3.6. 
   I've made the below PR to fix the build. I've verified that it works for cmake 3.5, 3.6, 3.10.
