[WEBSITE] Is there some problem for others?
Hello,
As I have been working on various additions to the website, I noticed that
some of its functionality seems to have broken (e.g. the top bar is white
text on a white background)[1]
I think I figured out what the problem is and have a proposed fix[2].
However, I am not an expert in this area and so would appreciate it if
someone else could take a look.
In my mind, It is important to have a more functional website before we
start drawing more people to it (e.g. with publishing blogs on
Geospatial[3]).
Thank you ,
Andrew

Thanks to Vinoo and Micah -- the website is now back up and looking good.
(Vinoo's PR is a "delete some code to fix a bug", my favorite kind of PR)
I do think it is worth considering some more changes to how the site is
built but now there is no time pressure and we can discuss using issues
below.
Thanks again,
Andrew

Apologies for the delay on this. I just put up
https://github.com/apache/parquet-site/pull/162 that I *think* should fix
it. I was able to repro the issue locally and the fix locally.

Just to answer the subject's question: yes, I'm seeing this issue
