   This adds a Builder class that can be imported statically in a groovy file and provides access to all RouteBuilder methods also in the IDE.

   A file like the following can be written in the IDE (and runs correctly):

   ```
   @Grab("org.apache.camel.k:camel-k-runtime-groovy:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT")
   import static org.apache.camel.k.groovy.Builder.*
   from("timer:tick")
     .setBody(constant("Daje de autocompletion"))
     .to("log:info")
   ```

   This is a draft experiment and should be extended with `context` and other configurers.
