Starting point for a Spring-Empire integration. Code is based on Spring's JdbcTemplate model. 
There are corresponding classes for Spring's RowMapper, RowCallbackHandler and ResultSetExtractor (EmpireDataReader, EmpireRowCallbackHandler, EmpireReaderExtractor).
