   ## Summary
   
   Adds reusable REST list-query helpers and applies them to manufacturing list APIs for Production Run, BOM, Routing, and shared lookups.
   
   ## Changes
   
   - Add framework helpers for computed-list pagination, map-row sorting, filter validation, and relative request-path lookup.
   - Align Production Run, BOM, Routing, and Manufacturing Lookup list services with the REST `sort` + pagination response contract.
   - Preserve framework paging metadata:
     - `pageIndex`
     - `pageSize`
     - `totalCount`
     - `totalPages`
     - `hasNext`
     - `previousPageCount`
     - `nextPageCount`
     - `links`
   - Use public REST `sort` parameters while keeping EntityQuery `orderBy` as an internal implementation detail.
   - Add focused tests for the framework helper behavior and the manufacturing API retrofits.
