   We're running a single-node configuration; there is no clustering. Is this documented anywhere in the manual? The tuning for `[fabric]` is completely undocumented upon review of the current CouchDB documentation.
   
   What specifically do you mean by "join the nodes"? Again, this is a single-node configuration on a single machine. Any references to documentation would be appreciated.
