Thanks for the review Rushabh. [^HADOOP-14445.11.patch] up for pre-commit, I'll test this in real clusters as a double check.

Fixed TestKMS - you're right. It was initially there to prevent the fall back to login user succeeding the test, but not necessary now. KMSCP I removed the assertion to reduce confusion. If KMS server is old, you'd get an old token. The assert is there to make sure in tests the correct token kind is tested.
