JDBCProvider

Just to inform. 
There are incorrect mysql queries in "jdbcprovider.mysql.properties".
page.getAllPages and page.getAllPagesSince
I've commented about this in the web-page (
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/JDBCProviders ), but there are still the
same sources in attachments. 
P.S. I cannot find e-mails of the jdbcproviver team members (Xan
Gregg, Soeren Berg Glasius, Mikkel Troest, Milt Taylor), to write this
directly...
