how to setup development env pointer tot 404

Looking for how to set up an dev env I hit a link that gave a 404. The correct value should be http://cloudstack.apache.org/develop/environment.html as the side menu indicates I think. The link in the faq entry now is http://cloudstack.apache.org/cloudstack/develop/environment.html.
How can I set up a development environment?
Setting up a development environment for Apache CloudStack is fairly easy. See the Guide to Setting up an Apache CloudStack development environment<http://cloudstack.apache.org/cloudstack/develop/environment.html> in our developer's documentation section.
Note that you do not have to replicate the development environment that we suggest. This is provided as a convenience to help developers get up to speed quickly. If you already have a setup that works for you, please feel free to use that instead.
