   This might be part of an overhaul to the UI, but we should be able to specify how a delivery service should behave (caching, parents, etc...) without having as Content routing type (which I believe the name is not appropriate either).
   
   Content routing type should be DNS, HTTP or STEERING. Once that's selected, we should be able to specify the following:
   
   - Caching or not
   - Volume to used (ram/disk)
   - Edge or leveraging mid caches
   
   Now, if we still want to use the current way of selecting the "content routing type", we could possibly have templates that sets the proper parameters by default. It just seems a little inflexible at this time unless one know how to create these "ANY_MAP" delivery service.
