Allow users to update their email address. Verify email address before actually updating the user's email address. The address needs to be updating in Keycloak and the Airavata user profile.


TODO
- [ ] show in UI if there is a pending email change waiting verification
- [ ] add a link in UI to request resending the email change verification link
- [ ] add a success message when email change is verified and updated
- [ ] add an error message when email change verification fails
