Resolution: Won't Fix
Actually, I believe most devs edit the plist in Xcode, where the values are YES or NO in the boolean dropdown list. I'm sure most devs can translate that to true/false if they edit the plist.
This is an either/or situation - and I'll leave the status quo as the choice made since that is the majority use case.
