   On the main README.md, we need to clearly say what is in Stage 1 release.
   
   That is, it includes source TAR(ZIP) only (no binaries) and list all repos. we intend to include.
   
   We should likely also say that we plan a Stage 2 that includes convenience binaries once Stage 1 is fully completed (automation and all Steps completed to community satisfaction).
