Usergrid Dockers - Simplified build / run / clean scripts

I've made some simplified scripts to build/run/clean docker images for
usergrid.
I've started up and broken it down fairly quickly on a VM with 16gb of ram.

I'll add a docker compose after doing a few more tests..

Where's the Jenkins infra / config? We've been using Circle CI on the
Cassandra project and it works welll -- They give free access to open
source projects.

I've added a travis.yml on my fork... Seems to work fairly well. The only
reason this failed is that it couldn't find *usergrid-java-client:2.2.0 --
I'm adding that to pre-compile phase.*
