Scenario:
- Install Ambari
- Install a cluster with HDFS and HAWQ
- Enable NN HA

After enabling NN HA, HAWQ's hdfs-client.xml is not populated with the HA related parameters.

Ensure that HAWQ works after NN HA enabled on a cluster with HAWQ.
