If you use the latest version of Platform SDK and make sure that the include and
lib folders of the SDK come before that of Visual C++ 6.0, then it will compile.
Otherwise you are technically not using the latest version of the Platform SDK,
which the Win32 Compile Instructions tell you to do. (The Platform SDK that
comes with Visual Studio 6.0 uses LDAP v2; the "latest" Platform SDK uses LDAP v3. 

By latest I mean the Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP SP2 SDK, although the SDK
for Windows Server 2003 SP1 should work. I built the trunk with the Windows XP
SP2 SDK and it built fine.
