chore: simplify integration-tests CI job
The run-its profile now handles distribution extraction self-contained
(since #2476 and #12828), so the integration-tests job no longer needs
to download, extract, and PATH-inject the built distribution from the
initial-build artifact. Use the Maven wrapper instead.
