No, it's not currently supported.
It would be cool to have SPF, SenderID and DomainKeys support has in
protocol smtp command handlers.
We currently have a wrapper over a perl SPF handler attached at the
issue tracker:
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-433
