struts-config.gph ?

Hi,

I was watching a demo of WebSphere Studio Enterprise Developer and the ample
app uses Struts
( http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ad/studioedm/demo/ )
There is a struts-config.gph file and I have never seen this file before, is
it a standard config file ?
