Hey all - till the end of this year I will be able create a pull request with something like "Cumulative Update" for .Net Core library and compiler
This pull request will include improvements and fixes (items in description)
Also, was able to improve Automake scripts and test changes with latest Ubuntu 17.10 
Actual changes are in branch "netcore-standard2" in fork [https://github.com/vgotra/thrift]
Not sure about patch for 0.11.* version - but it should be compatible with current master 
And I want to say - that this update will make .Net Core Thrift library much more stable
