The selector form uses the substitution variable ${requestContextPath} to generate HTML references to the CSS, image, and the signup HTML page. This is wrong as of SLING-1855 because the requestContextPath now includes the resource path.

fixed in r1059732 by introducing a new substitution variable called contextPath which contains just the contextPath
