can not start spark1.3.1 which build with scala-2.11, 

found that $SPARK_HOME/bin/load-spark-env.sh will allways set SPARK_SCALA_VERSION="2.10" ,thus when starting spark ,it will throw error : Failed to find Spark assembly in /usr/spark-1.3.1/assembly/target/scala-2.10

infact , assembly dir is /usr/spark-1.3.1/assembly/target/scala-2.11
