It should be noted that these issues only occur when trying to use Oracle as an [OLTP backend](https://superset.incubator.apache.org/faq.html#what-database-engine-can-i-use-as-a-backend-for-superset). Most likely, that's not necessary. Just use MySQL, Postgres, or Sqlite for Superset's user/dashboard management and target Oracle from within Superset.
