Installing Torque-plugin

Hi all,
I'm getting this error while trying to perform maven torque:sql command.

BUILD FAILED
Goal "torque:sql" does not exist in this project.

Installed versions are:
Maven: v. 1.0-rc3
Torque-plugin: maven-torque-plugin-3.1.1-dev.jar (\Maven 1.0-rc3\plugins)
