[Latka] Webapp won't run on Tomcat 4.0.3

Hi all,

FYI the Latka webapp won't run on Tomcat 4.0.3 (runs
fine on 4.0).  There seems to be some classloader
problems.  Tomcat is probably exposing some
XML-related (JAXP or Xerces) classes in a parent
classloader.  I'm trying to find a workaround.  It's
seriously screwing up my Watchdog experiments though.
