Xerces Bus Error on HP-UX (PA-RISC)

Hello,

Im getting  Bus Error while running my application on HP-UX(PA,32bit)
Our application uses xerces and xalan as third party.

Im using xerces - 2.8.8, xalan 1.10, gcc 3.4.4
xerces and xalan are built on HP-UX(PA) using gcc

Program received signal SIGBUS, Bus error
  si_code: 0 - BUS_UNKNOWN - Unknown Error.

 - Can you please let me know, Whether this is known bug ?
 - Should i try using ICU as a transcoder ?
 - Should i upgrade my xerces and xalan versions ?
 - Any help on this ?
