If i want record or share / record my screen the Java Application is blocked by security Settings.

"Java application blocked"

"The execution of the application was blocked by Java security settings"

"For security reasons , applications must meet the requirements of security level " high " or "very high" , or they must be part of the exceptions list in order to be executed"

The installation is complete new and works fine!
