[chain] lookup define DTD

Would it be better to have a single line?
<command defName"soa" lookupName"Soa" className="com.someClass.." parms.../>
It be less error prone if I understand it.

Currently I have to define and name and THEN make a chain. I need the 
name to do a lookup.
