Native XML Database Manipulation

 
Hi

I'm storing XML documents in Xindice (Apaches Native XML Database). I want to apply various XSLT style-sheets to the data contained in the database and then have the resulting output placed in a specific directory. How best do I apply Cocoon for this purpose?
