[WSS4J 1.5/Axis 1.4] Has anybody actually been able to connect to .NET webservices using UsernameSignatureToken?

I am trying to connect to a .NET based service using Axis 1.4 via WSS4J 
1.5, and while I have been able to get most of the message to work, with 
the signing and headers, but I still can't authenticate.  Has anybody 
been able to make this work?
