[jira] Commented: (HIVE-172) failed build with hadoop 0.17.2

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-172?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12659373#action_12659373 ]

Prasad Chakka commented on HIVE-172:
------------------------------------

suddenly 17.2 (and 17.2.1) are working for me. Also by adding attribute 'checksums=""' to the hadoop-resolver in ivysettings.xml will skip the checking of the md5.
