Extra empty lines in Ant 1.6 output

I already reported this, but there appears to be more empty lines of output
with Ant 1.6beta1. I first noticed it with <junit>, but also with CppTasks'
<cc> now.

Notice how each 'Generating Code...' message below is followed by 2 empty
lines, or also the 'Starting link' message. These didn't used to be here.

With <junit>, it's in between each test report, there's now 3 empty lines
instead of just one.

Conor said changes were made somewhere that could be the reason. Did anybody
noticed anything similar? Is this Windows-specific? --DD

No, happens on Linux as well (two empty lines in junit where we used
to have one).
