Locale("no", "NO").getDisplayLanguage() returns upper-case value instead of lower-case for Norwegian language if localized for Norwegian locale.
"Norwegian" on Norwegian language is written as lower-case "norsk".
Please, consider the following simple code:
import java.util.Locale;
public class languageNameTest {
public static void main(String[] args) {
Locale locale = new Locale("no", "NO");
Locale.setDefault(locale);
System.out.println(locale.getDisplayLanguage());
}
}
