iAS Apache can run JSP(.java) without corresponding source .jsp file

I ran into the following issue when developing jsp application:

test jsp files were deleted before going into production but:

1) associated .java files were still in apache directories - well, this is ok

2) test jsp's were still executed also source .jsp  files were removed:
Apache found and executed corresponding .java file.

Anyone knows what is the status today on this topic?
