Currently, when user provide a {{Statistics}} object to a RocksDB state store through the {{RocksDBConfigSetter}}, the statistics-based RocksDB metrics are not recorded. However, they are exposed.
 
It would be cleaner and more user-friendly if the statistics-based RocksDB metrics would not be exposed if users provided a {{Statistics}} object.
