[Manifold UI] Configuring two User Mapping Connections ends up in connection refused

Hi all,

when configuring two User Mapping Connections of the type "Regular  
expression mapper" and then editing one of them the browser is waiting  
until it ends up in connection refused. After deleting one of the  
connections the remaining one is editable again.

I was able to reproduce this easily.  CONNECTORS-1220.
