[Bug] 'svn cp' unversioned file causes segmentation fault

Hi there,

when doing 'svn cp' with an unversioned file (within a working
copy) I always get a segmentation fault with Subversion 1.3.0
(under cygwin as well as with the win32 client).

Although I thought that I had already read about this I didn't
find it any more. So if it was just a matter of doing the
right search, just forget about this report...

Mathias

Sounds like r17243 which is already backported to 1.3.1.
