Support for cdata-section-elements
I am running into a problem with cdata-section-elements and I am currently
investigating what is happening, but hey, maybe somebody out there has a
pointer on what is going on...
- AFAIK "cdata-section-elements" only works with Xalan 2.3.1 not with ealier
releases
- I ran my transformation using the command line, i.e.
org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -IN ... -XSL ..., I get the followin results:
<xsl:template matc]]><![CDATA[h="/">
<data>
<in]]><![CDATA[stance>
<parameters>]]><![CDATA[
<p1>
]]><![CDATA[ <xsl:if test="boolean(10 ]]><![CDATA[<
10)"/>
</p1>]]><![CDATA[
</parameters>
]]><![CDATA[ </instance>
</data>
]]><![CDATA[ </xsl:template>
</xsl:transform]]><![CDATA[>
]]></pre-action>
OBS: Why is CDATA breaking at every other line?
- If I transform the same source and the same xsl file, but instead using
DOMSource and DOMResult programatically, the result document does not
contain CDATA.
Any ideas of what is the right approach to get "cdata-section-elements"
working programmatically with Xalan 2.3.1 and Xerces 2.0.1?
Thanks,
Yuri
In what conditions "cdata-section-elements" would not be
<xsl:output method="xml" cdata-section-elements="post-action pre-action"/>
