apache-build with jserv
I hope here is the right place to ask
I have been installing jserv-1.1.2 and I'm running apache 1.3.12,
the blackdown JDK version 1.2.2 and JSDK 2.0. I configure jServ with the
following command:
./configure \
--prefix=/usr/local/jserv \
--with-apache-src=/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.12 \
--with-JSDK=/usr/local/jdk1.2.2
The configure process looks like it works fine but when I try to run make I
get the following errors:
class org.apache.jserv.JServConnection is an abstract class. It can't be
instantiated
JServConnection connection = new JServConnection
In total 44 java error and 1 warning I don't have any idea what it is
Has anyone experience with it or any ideas on what the problem is?
Thanks.

Any specific reason why you're using Jserv and not Tomcat? I thought
Tomcat was replacing the old Jserv.
