Move the following processes more fully into Git.
 # IP Clearance
 # Project Status
 # Clutch Analysis

I've recently been involved in the development of ASF Pelican ([https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-pelican/)|https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-pelican/]

We now have the tools needed to move each of these processes into they own branch within the repository.

For IP Clearance and Project Status pages I have a working xsl file based on an old anakia2markdown.xsl from Forrest which fully converts the xml files to GitHub-flavored markdown.

I'll start with the Project Status files.
