[Issue 123975] Update to Python 3.X

Since MacOS 12.3, Apple don't provide Python 2.7 anymore[1].
So, unable to run any Python scripts.

Very annoying for Mac Monteray end-users...

Is it possible to embed the inner Python 3 like for Linux systems?
