async connection manager javadocs

Here is the current api javadoc for the planned async connection
manager. The NBIO impl is pretty far, I'm currently working on send
queues and event handling, connector and acceptors are working.

Could someone at it and tell me whats good and what could be better ? ;)

PS: don't look at the package names ;)
