Where is the description of the fml format?

The guide to creating a site [0] only says that the FAQ pages use the
same format as Maven 1, but there is no link and I can't seem to find
the m1 page.

I will update the documentation about the faq plugin.

Thanks!   That got me to:  http://maven.apache.org/reference/plugins/faq/

(FWIW, the <preGoal> doesn't seem to be necessary, just having the
<report> in the list worked.)
