(Not a vote) Re: [VOTE] Struts 2.1.8.1 Vote

Just dropping a note to let folks know I'm alive, and won't have a 
chance to look at this for another week or so. A death in the family, a 
new job, and life kinda took over for a bit there :/

Dave, sorry to hear... Don't worry about testing, we got the required number 
of votes and I pushed to the mirrors. I'll post an announcement shortly.
